How often do I need to attend?

The number of sessions depends on the severity of your injuries and the recommendation of the medical expert. All authorised sessions will be covered by your insurer for your peace of mind.

What does the examination consist of?

The doctor will ask questions about your accident, injuries sustained, and how they have impacted your daily life at home or work. A brief physical assessment will then be carried out to evaluate your current condition.

What should I bring?

Please bring two forms of valid photo identification to your appointment. Without this, the assessment cannot proceed. If you have received an appointment letter, be sure to bring it with you as well.

Can I take someone in the room with me?

Yes, you are welcome to bring a friend or family member into the appointment for support.

What’s the next step?

After your examination, the doctor will prepare a detailed medical report and submit it to your insurer or solicitor to proceed with your claim.
