Alternate Text

How often do I need to attend?

This is dependent on the injuries you have and how long the therapist recommends you to attend for. The amount of sessions recommended will be authorised by your insurer so all costs are covered for peace of mind.

How long is each appointment?

Each physiotherapy appointment is 30mins long.

What should I wear?

You should wear clothing which you feel comfortable in. The therapist will require to work on the area which is causing you discomfort so loose clothing is best.

Is any equipment used?

Our physiotherapists mostly use hands on therapy to massage and stimulate circulation which smooth muscular pain and stiffness. We also use a TENS machine which uses a small amount of an electric current produced by a device to stimulate the nerves for therapeutic purposes.

What happens next?

The treating physiotherapist will submit the final report to your insurer/solicitor once fully recovered. If you have completed your treatment but feel as though more treatment is required, then this can be arranged.
