Who will carry out the treatment?

Your treatment will be conducted by one of our HCPC and CSP-registered physiotherapists, who will assess the injuries sustained during your accident.

What happens in the assessment?

During your 30-minute initial assessment, the physiotherapist will evaluate your condition, discuss the prognosis, recommend a treatment plan, and provide a personalised home care programme.

How often do I need to attend?

The frequency of your sessions depends on the nature and severity of your injuries. The physiotherapist will recommend the appropriate number of sessions, which will be authorised and fully covered by your insurer for your peace of mind.

How long is each appointment?

Each physiotherapy session lasts approximately 30 minutes.

What should I wear?

Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. Your therapist will need access to the area of discomfort, so flexible attire that allows easy movement is ideal.

Is any equipment used?

Our physiotherapists primarily use hands-on techniques to relieve pain and improve circulation. We may also use a TENS machine, which delivers mild electrical stimulation to targeted nerves for therapeutic benefit.

What happens next?

Once your treatment is complete, your physiotherapist will submit a final report to your insurer or solicitor. If you feel you need additional sessions after the initial course of treatment, further appointments can be arranged as needed.
